Alex Lines has been in the industry for over 15 years. Got his associates in business management and culinary at 19 years old. He has worked for some of the country’s largest food providers and restaurateurs. Alex has experience in Fine Dining, Country Clubs, Weddings/Events, Franchises, Bars, Restaurants, and Night Clubs. He and his partners have opened or helped revamp dozens of establishments across the DFW area and the country. Alex has been apart of some of Dallas’ largest culinary events including Taste of Dallas, Taste of Addison, North Texas Irish Festival, Chefs for Farmers, Iron Fork, and 3 time winner of Culinary Fight Club. His restaurants have made it to publications such as Culture Map, Paper City Magazine, Katy Trail Weekly, Crave DFW, GuideLive, Susie Drinks Dallas, Dallas Eater, and The Dallas Observer.
